Search

The advanced search gives access to every filter: condition and histology, stage, biomarkers and variants, prior treatments, country and distance, phase, recruitment status. Each result says why it matches, or what to check, and the trials set aside are counted with their reason. The default filters (treatment trials, a recruiting site, an up-to-date record…) are shown above the results and can be removed in one click; they are the same for everyone.

The list of trials found, or your selection, can be printed or saved as a PDF.

Recommend a trial

• The “Recommend” assistant is reserved for professional accounts: an administrator grants this role to an approved account.
• Your recommendations are signed with the name, title and organisation of your account, which you edit under “My account”.
• The AI drafts a summary of the trial. You review and approve it: the approved version is the one that is sent.
• Two ways to send, always both offered. From your own mailbox: the message opens in your email app or in Outlook on the web, or can be copied; it contains your note, the approved summary and a link to the recommendation, readable without an account. You choose the recipients, no address is recorded on our side, and the “Campaign sent” button updates your tracking. Through GeoClinicalTrials: you enter the addresses, with no name, after confirming that each recipient agrees to receive this message through GeoClinicalTrials; we send the message and track each recipient.
• The recommendation link counts views and expressions of interest. Sent from your mailbox, it is the same for all your recipients and stays anonymous: it does not say who opened it.

Limits

• 50 generated summaries per day and per professional.
• The summary is written in your interface language, French or English.
• Without an account, searching is limited to 50 a day; with an account, your account's quotas apply.

Patients' data

No patient record with us: your patient's address is used for sending, encrypted, then erased right after. No name is asked for. Only a masked address (“m***@hug.ch”) remains, for 90 days. Each email contains an unsubscribe link valid with no time limit. Sent from your own mailbox, no recipient data is recorded. Without an account, a search may be counted in our statistics (type of cancer, country, number of trials found, by month), with no name, unless your browser sends the GPC or Do Not Track signal; signed in, you are never counted (see Privacy).
